More Spam Than a Very Spammy Thing

Pfffttttt… my blog’s getting a helluva lotta spam these days. Hundreds of spam comments a day. It’s nuts.. and very difficult to sort through. Think I’m gonna have to implement the number thing again. That was rather nifty and kept the spam to a minimum. I’m sorry for the inconvenience to regular users (you have to answer a math equation, or enter a number before you comment) but surely it’s better than your comment not getting through at all :/

Testing comments as a logged in user.. If you register you get an avatar and you don’t have to answer the math question.

If you’re not logged in you have to answer the math question.. Seems to be working so that’s nifty eh?
