… That made me go ‘EH?’. Who the hell takes a toaster to work with them?? Or a kettle for that matter.. why not use the kettle in the staff room? A kettle I can possibly stretch to.. but a toaster??!? Strange but true.

Staff at Aberdeen City Council who have their own kettles or toasters at work risk losing them in a cost-cutting measure.

The number and types of council diaries and calendars could also be reduced as the council tries to save money.
