The title of the image will probably give it away. I downloaded Lord of the Rings online last weekend and have been having a great time exploring and just generally enjoying myself. The graphics are awesome and surprisingly there’s not really any lag although I’ve had a server timeout a couple of times. Haven’t really met anyone in there so I wonder if they’re all hiding in Gondor or Mordor. I think it’s almost certain that I’ll have to upgrade my character (i.e pay a monthly fee) cos it’s just that good ;)

      Yep it’s certainly vast and pretty sweet too, am loving it in there. You can go on a horse and get rid of all the game interface and just chill out while travelling around, plenty to do too. It’s a bit demanding on the specs front although I’ve got an ace comp nowadays so it doesn’t bother me none ;o) You should come check it out if you get a chance and create your character on Vilya (something like that) cos that’s where I am and we can go kill orcs together :D
