I started off with three Chinese Fire-Bellied Newts and after a few months they started laying eggs. That was a year and a half ago. There are still 14 baby newts remaining. Unfortunately I lost my adult male Fernando in January 2012. The baby newts are still for sale but I’m picky about who gets them since the pet store managed to kill seven of them.
