Home-made Cheese

Here in Finland there’s a type of cheese called kotijuusto (home cheese). They probably have something like this in English but I couldn’t find it so here’s »the recipe for cheese I used.
Ingredients
1 litre of whole-fat milk
1/2 litre of sour milk (piimää in Finnish)
2 eggs
Enough salt to taste.
