Interlinks plugin provides an easy way to add internal links to your Wordpress blog. Wiki-style tags lets you build a link to another post in your blog easily, meaning you don’t have to jump around from page to page.

This plugin turns long ugly nasty links, into nice short ones. It also tracks how many times the link has been used which means you can use it for download tracking, affiliate links, or simply out-going links.
