What a misery guts I am today. All I feel like doing is moping around and I have no drive to do anything. My first exam is exactly one week away. This stupid bloody AICE diploma has got me in a tizzy. Muhi’s getting his balls off on Wednesday so that’ll be interesting. He’s running around right now playing with a piece of string not a care in the world. Lauri’s sitting on his laptop playing around with Guitar Pro and Scamp’s on the bed chewing on a bone.
I know that there’s nothing that can be done until I speak to a laywer but the aggro in the meantime will drive me mad. It’d be cool if I could paint or do something but I have no canvas at the moment and Lauri won’t drive me to get some.
I filled in a job application for a few of the local supermarkets, since I’m not getting my diploma it’ll probably be all I can do, even then though, it’s bloody hard to get into a supermarket to work. Misery misery misery guts.

Well well.. this last week has been something else. Turns out that I won’t be getting my AICE diploma after all. The school/school board have messed up quite badly and now my three years studying there have left me with nothing but debt. Won’t go into too many details but I’m seeking legal advice to see if there’s anything that can be done.
I have my final exams for my second diploma in 9 days and of course I should have been studying as oppose to worrying about my main diploma. Since I found out the news I’ve had quite a few sleepless nights, not to mention my face breaking out into a war zone with both sides of the Zit campaign holding frequent skirmishes. Not only that but I’ve come down with the flu. So all in all a bloody excellent week.
Today I went comfort food shopping and came back home laden with goodies including a lot of diluted juice, pork, tuna and a heap of other foods that weren’t strictly necessary. All I can do now is try to relax and get over this flu so that I can at least make an attempt at studying.
Muhi and Scamp are both doing well. My friends had their two cats neutered today and I really do have to get my cat into the vet as well. Will phone on Monday and book an appointment. Tortuga has just stuffed her face with cucumber and is snoozing in the corner of her tank (like she does anything else) and I cleaned up the budgie’s mirror because it was covered in (what I can only assume is) budgie breath. So now even though there are two of them, they can spend their days looking in their own mirrors and imagining life on the other side as oppose to keeping each other company.
Lauri has buggered off to a gig in the city. I was gonna go but snotty noses and sore heads coupled with loud heavy music and bright lights do not make a nice couple. Last Friday we were all out in Rock Town and there was some awful band there. There was also this rock disco type thing, so I ended up dancing in public :O. In Scotland my family dance quite a lot, and I also did dancing for 11 years, but here in Finland the act of dancing is very much frowned upon.. well not really but they don’t have any decent music to dance to.
